Herb Infused Salad – Healthy Herb Salads

Herb Infused Salad

2 cups thinly chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup watercress
1 cup combination fresh mint, cilantro, basil, parsley, oregano
¼ cucumber chopped
½ tomato chopped
3 tablespoons red onion thinly sliced
½ avocado, chopped

Dressing:
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon brown sugar or 5 drops Stevia
3 tablespoons water

Layer romaine, watercress, fresh herbs, cucumber, tomato, red onion and avocado on a large plate. Mix dressing and pour over your salad.
